Can’t decide between Thai and pizza? Who says you have to decide? Choose both and enjoy our savory Thai pizza! It’s like Pad Thai in a pizza.

Note: The great thing about making your own pizza is that the bare crust is just like a blank canvas. Let your inner Rembrandt have his way, and use the following ingredients in the amounts that taste right to you.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Rustic Crust Thin Crust
  • Spicy Thai peanut sauce
  • Shredded roasted chicken (optional)
  • Red pepper, thinly sliced
  • Carrots, julienned
  • Peapods
  • Green onion, chopped
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Peanuts, chopped
  • Basil or cilantro, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Spread peanut sauce over crust.
  3. Add peppers and carrots evenly.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella – enough to hold vegetables in place.
  5. Add a few peapods and green onions.
  6. Add basil or cilantro and a few sprouts.
  7. Add a layer of roasted chicken, if desired.
  8. Top with a little more sauce.
  9. Place in oven until cheese melts.
  10. Enjoy!
