Lobster Scampi Pizza

Who says pizza can’t be elegant? Eat this when you want to impress your taste buds.

Note: The great thing about making your own pizza is that the bare crust is just like a blank canvas. Let your inner Rembrandt have his way, and use the following ingredients in the amounts that taste right to you.


  • 1 Rustic Crust Sourdough Pizza Crust
  • 1 Tablespoon high-quality olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 8 ounces lobster meat
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Tablespoons dry white wine
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded whole-milk mozzarella
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • Sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Sauté garlic, lobster, mushrooms, wine, and spinach in olive oil.
  3. Brush olive oil over one side of crust.
  4. Spread lobster mixture over crust.
  5. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese.
  6. Spread a little mozzarella around – just enough to bind everything together.
  7. Top with fresh chopped parsley and dash of sea salt.
  8. Place in oven until cheese melts.
  9. Remove from oven and cut pizza.
  10. Enjoy!
